LESSON POLICY
In order to be as fair as possible to our instructors, we require this commitment from our students.
If a cancellation is necessary we ask for at least 24 hours in advance in order to schedule make up lesson.
If a cancellation isn't called in 24 hours in advance, student will still be responsible for payment. (except in the case of sickness or emergency)
In the event an instructor is unavailable for a lesson (due to sickness or commitment) a substitute instructor may be scheduled in their place. (this is at the discretion of your instructor)
**If rescheduling is necessary due to the severe weather, 24 hour notice is not necessary.
